An employment service is any individual who conducts in entire or in part an organization which, for a cost, procures or attempts to procure permanent or short-term help or work or engagements, or signs up persons seeking such assistance, work, or engagement, or gives details as to where and of whom such aid, employment, or engagement may be procured, where a charge is exacted or attempted to be collected from a task applicant or worker, or if the firm positions domestic workers. A domestic employee is any worker who is paid straight by a home, family, or specific to perform work of a domestic nature, including, however not limited to, housekeeping, home management, nanny services, kid monitoring, caretaking, laundering, cooking, home buddy services, house sitting, and butler services for members of households or their guests in or about private homes. Domestic Employee does not consist of a person who performs services of a domestic nature as a worker of business that puts him, or a certified physician, such as a medical doctor, registered or licensed useful nurse, or likewise trained and certified person who carries out services connecting to the delivery of specific medical care.
